The New Electronic Code Regulation

Website Testimonials and Endorsements

If you have a website where you include testimonials or if you have ads placed online using endorsements or testimonials, you need to read the NEW Federal Electronic Code Regulations to stay out of trouble.

Here’s everything you need to know: http://tinyurl.com/yzt3j28

Another crack in the armor of freedom as the federal government intrudes into the private business sector. The federal and state regulations have invaded everything you do everyday. List just one thing that isn’t regulated by either federal or state law/regulation.

I asked that question of group of fellow party goers during a conversation about all of the czars we have acquired in the past 10 months. One of the party group said sex. REALLY! Did you or your partner use birth control and/or condoms?  Both are controlled by federal regulations. Did you have sex in a bed with a mattress, pillows, sheets and pillow cases? All are covered by federal regulation. If you did it in public there are a whole bunch of laws you broke.

“I can still take a dump without federal regulation.” another said. Perhaps the act itself, but don’t flush because there is a federal regulation on how much water the toilet can use per flush. A bear can dump in the woods, but you can’t without breaking the law.

I’m looking for anything. Let me know.
