Free SEO Tools
One of the things that many, if not most, internet marketers struggle with is Search Engine Optimization, SEO for short. When I say internet marketers I’m not just talking about those folks that are in the Make Money Online market. I literally mean anyone that markets their product and/or services on the internet.
However, becoming a SEO expert is a business and job all its own. Which is great if you’re marketing SEO services. But if you’re marketing widgets you should be working on marketing widgets, not becoming a SEO expert.
I’ve used a lot of different SEO tools in the past four years. Some of them I paid for and some were free. However, all of them were producing fragmented results. In other words, one would tell me keyword search volume, another would give me related keyword terms, and another would tell me page rankings for keywords, etc. I could spend hours figuring out exactly what keywords to use and the density of those words on a page.
I hate spending my time doing all of that research and then having to analyze these fragmented results to get any meaningful outcome. I could outsource the work and I have on occasion. Unfortunately, the results were not all that good. I’m not saying that all SEO experts are bad. I’m certain there are some real professionals doing expert work. And, their rates reflect their expertise.
I have found a free SEO tool that does everything I need and a few things I hadn’t thought about. The tool is called Web CEO. No, CEO is not a typo. I’m not sure why it’s called that unless it’s because it’s used by many Fortune 500 companies.

I used the free edition for a several weeks and then upgraded to the small business version.
